Dan DiBuono

Dan DiBuono founded Tower Realty Corp in 1988 to fulfill the need for a dynamic commercial and industrial real estate office in the Greater Danbury area. As a Danbury native and experienced broker, Dan was interested in creating a brokerage firm that offered its clients a uniquely satisfactory experience, grounded in professionalism and local expertise.

Over the last thirty years, Dan has driven the agency to deliver the best quality service to its clients by assembling a dedicated team of brokers who handle a variety of office, industrial, retail, investment, and land sales/lease transactions for the market. Dan and his team consistently offer their clients the individualized knowledge necessary to make informed real-estate decisions in a fast-paced and changing market. Reliability and integrity are pillars of Tower Realty Corp and have always been foundation principles of Dan’s business model.

In addition to his role as founder of Tower Realty, Dan maintains a personal and professional commitment to his community. Dan was a past president of Commercial Board Alliance and a former Board Member at Ability Beyond Disability. Dan is currently on the Board of Trustees for the Regional YMCA and is on the Board of Directors for the Danbury PAL. Some of Dan’s additional Professional Affiliations include his role as a Union Savings Bank Corporator and a Fairfield County Bank Corporator.

Mick Consalvo

Mick Consalvo, of Tower Realty has specialized in commercial real estate for over 30 years. His hard work, knowledge of the market and attention to detail has made him one of the top producing brokers in the northern Fairfield county and lower Litchfield County markets.

He assists his clients with every facet of leasing or selling industrial, office, or retail properties.Mick has served as President of the Commercial Brokers Alliance, Advisory Board for Webster Bank, Board of directors and treasurer for Northern Fairfield County Association of Realtors, Board of directors for the Brookfield Chamber of Commerce and assistant football coach at Brookfield High School.

Mick is a graduate of Brookfield High School and Central Connecticut State University with a BS in Finance.

Mick resides in Brookfield with his wife Elena and their children, Tommy, Carly and Sam.

Joe Dimyan

Joe Dimyan, of Tower Realty, is a graduate of New Fairfield high school and earned a BS degree from Johnson & Wales University. He is a dynamic self-motivated individual. Joe was raised in the Danbury area and is very familiar with the local businesses.

Being mentored by the leaders in the business has paved the way for Joe to understand commercial real estate and work diligently to know all his clients needs. His goal Is to know all the available commercial and industrial properties and pricing trends in the northern Fairfield and lower Litchfield county markets. Tower Realty welcomes Tommy Consalvo to our team. Tommy earned his Masters degree from Quinnipiac University in 2021. In addition to his education, Tommy was a Division I Cross Country runner. We are excited to add his knowledge and work ethic to our company.
